what is needed
In order to use this service one will need a email address, computer, laptop, and/or android/iPhone with WiFi access. Upon making an appointment you will be sent a link to enter into the session by way of internet and through an application from Ring Central video conferencing.
As of January 1, 2019 most insurance companies have included this service.
